| Complementary feed for pet birds. Germinated seeds and grains are a perfect alternative to seeds in a milky-wax stage, which make up the diet of the birds in natural environment. In comparison with a regular seed mixture, germinated seeds are full of enzymes, vitamins and minerals, which can help to prevent the effects of malnutrition. Offer RIO germinated seeds as a complementary food for birds. Feeding norm: no more than 50% of main feed daily norm. The seeds can be given either by itself or mixed with the other daily food (eggfood, fruits etc.). Rinse and dry the germinated seeds before offering them to the bird. Germinated seeds can be stored in the refrigerator in a closed container for no more than 48 hours. But they should be removed from the refrigerator in advance and kept at room temperature for a while before offering them to the bird. It is recommended to leave the germinated seeds in the bird cage for no more than 4 hours. |
